Delivery Policy

My business has a policy on clearly stating what is included in all prices quoted for any delivery and shipping charges incurred. Delivery will be within 2-14 working days from purchase.

Customer or their appointed representatives are responsible for checking the condition of all goods and the quantity before accepting delivery or self-collection. Should there be any discrepancies, there must be made known to EXCEL Hardware within 7 working days from purchase.

Additional Charges

For urgent orders, additional charges apply for delivery fee of $150 per trip regardless of purchase amount. In the event that goods requiring repair or replace under warranty, customer is responsible to deliver the product to EXCEL Hardware. Collection services will be charged at SGD$150 per trip.
