Who can join the Ambassador Programme?
Any Excel Hardware customer in Singapore — HDB, condo or landed — with a public Instagram account. You do not need a minimum follower count.
How soon do I receive my code?
Within 1–2 working days after we verify your post. The code is sent to the email you submitted above.
How do I earn my 5%?
Each time someone uses your code at checkout, you automatically accrue a 5% credit against that order. We email you a summary monthly with your redeemable balance.
Can I stack this with the ExcelCare+ voucher?
Yes. The ambassador discount stacks with any active warranty or promo code unless explicitly excluded in T&Cs.
Does the code expire?
No expiry — as long as the programme runs, your code keeps working. We'll give 30 days' notice if terms ever change.
Can I post more than once?
Absolutely — one code per ambassador, but extra posts help more people discover you (and mean more 5% credits for you).
