EXCELCARE LIFETIME WARRANTY (FOR SINGAPORE ONLY)

As a Singapore brand, Excel Hardware Pte Ltd prides itself in having the customer’s first mindset by spearheading the business with three key pillars; safety, sustainability, and service.

Customers who purchase Excelcare coverage will be entitled to Lifetime Warranty coverage for eligible products

WARRANTY COVERAGE

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product quality-related issues only.
• Warranty coverage for rust and corrosion is strictly limited to SUS304 stainless steel and above-grade materials only.
• Products made from normal steel, iron-based materials, or non-304 grade materials are not covered for rust or corrosion issues.

However, if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or product quality issue unrelated to rust or corrosion, the product may still be eligible for warranty coverage upon inspection and approval by Excel Hardware.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Excel Hardware is unable to verify the authenticity or original condition of products purchased through third-party or unauthorised channels. Therefore, warranty claims for such products will not be accepted.

If any product has been discontinued or is no longer available, Excel Hardware reserves the right to replace the product with a similar item of equivalent function or value. Exact matching or compatibility is not guaranteed.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The following situations are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

* Rust or corrosion on normal steel, iron-based materials, or non-304 grade products
* Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, or human factors
* Damage caused during renovation works
* Chemical damage caused by strong cleaning agents, acids, solvents, or chemical solutions
* Rust or corrosion resulting from failure to properly clean chemical substances or renovation chemicals with clean water immediately after exposure
* Fire, flood, accidental damage, environmental exposure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control
* Any modification, dismantling, or repair conducted by unauthorised personnel
Rust or corrosion caused by environmental conditions, chemical exposure, improper maintenance, renovation works, or human factors will not be covered under warranty.

Excel Hardware reserves the right to inspect and determine the actual cause of damage before approving any warranty claim.

COMPLIMENTARY EXCELCARE COVERAGE

Customers may qualify for complimentary Excelcare coverage upon fulfilling the required conditions or promotional requirements set by Excel Hardware.

Excel Hardware reserves the right to amend, revise, or terminate such promotional programmes without prior notice.

WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY

All warranty coverage is strictly tied to the original registered address and purchaser information.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and will not automatically pass to subsequent property owners or third parties.

Any unauthorised transfer or misuse of warranty coverage may result in immediate termination of the warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Excel Hardware reserves the right to revise, interpret, or amend any warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.

All decisions made by Excel Hardware regarding warranty claims shall be final.
