Who we work with

Three kinds of partner

Most of the people who reach out fall into one of these three. If you do not, say so in the form anyway — the interesting proposals rarely fit a box.

01 · Creators

Influencers & content creators

Home tours, renovation diaries, before-and-afters. We are interested in work that shows hardware being lived with rather than photographed in a box — the drawer that closes quietly, the handle you reach for every morning.

  • Follower count matters less than whether your audience is renovating
  • Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, XiaoHongShu and YouTube
  • Product for review, filming access, or a joint shoot
02 · Media

Media owners & journalists

Press enquiries, product loans, expert comment and factory or Experience Centre visits. Nearly half a century in the trade means we can usually answer the awkward technical question that makes a feature worth reading.

  • Samples and high-resolution imagery for print or online
  • Comment on hardware specification, finishes and durability
  • Context on what Singapore homeowners are actually specifying
03 · Trade

Interior designers & architects

Specification support, samples for client presentations, and co-marketing on completed projects. If you are working to a drawing set, our team can spec hardware against it rather than leaving you to match part numbers.

  • Trade accounts for design practices and renovation firms
  • Sample boards and finish references for client meetings
  • Project features once the home is photographed
The process

How a partnership starts

No long application. Four steps, and a person reads every one of them.

  1. Send your proposal

Fill in the form below. Tell us who you are, link us to your work, and say what you have in mind. A paragraph is plenty.

  2. We read it

Our marketing team reviews every proposal that comes in and replies within 1–2 working days, whether or not it is a fit.

  3. We talk it through

A call or a visit to the Brand Experience Centre to agree scope, products, timing and what each side is bringing.

  4. We make it

The shoot, the feature, the specification or the event — and the finished work goes into the gallery above.

Brand Experience Centre

Come and see it first

Hardware is difficult to judge from a photograph. Weight, damping, the sound a drawer makes as it closes — none of it survives a product shot, which is why most collaborations start with a visit rather than a brief.

Our Brand Experience Centre on Admiralty Street has the full range on working display: wardrobe systems you can open and close, kitchen mechanisms running at full extension, and finishes side by side under the same light. Creators are welcome to film there, and journalists to photograph.

Drop it in your proposal and we will arrange a time, or call +65 6853 3113 and ask for the marketing team.

Questions

Before you write in

Who can apply to partner with Excel Hardware?

Anyone working in or around Singapore homes: content creators, journalists, interior designers, architects, renovation firms and companies looking at corporate gifting or bulk supply. You do not need an existing relationship with us to write in.

Do I need a minimum number of followers?

No. We look at whether your audience is actually renovating rather than at the follower count. A small, engaged audience of homeowners partway through a renovation is worth more to us than a large general one.

What kinds of collaboration do you consider?

Home tours and renovation content, product features and reviews, media loans and expert comment, sponsorships, co-marketing on completed projects, corporate gifting, and trade accounts for design practices. If your idea is not on that list, send it anyway.

How long before I hear back?

Within 1–2 working days. Our marketing team replies to every proposal, including the ones we cannot take forward, so you are not left waiting on silence.

What should I include in my proposal?

Who you are, who your audience or clients are, a public link to your recent work, what you are proposing, and rough timing. Keep it short — a paragraph and a link tells us more than a deck.

Can I visit the showroom before proposing?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The Brand Experience Centre is at 10 Admiralty Street #03-35, Northlink Building, Singapore 757695. Opening hours are listed above — call +65 6853 3113 ahead if you want someone from the team to walk you through it.

Do you work with partners outside Singapore?

Singapore is our headquarters and the focus of this page, but the group also operates in China, Malaysia and the Philippines, and Excel products are distributed across more than a dozen markets. Regional proposals are welcome — tell us which market you are writing from.

Where do press enquiries go?

Use the form below, or email marketing@excelhw.com.sg directly. For anything on a same-day deadline, call +65 6853 3113 and say it is a press enquiry.
