EXCEL Hardware is unable to refund OR exchange damaged items resulting from misuse , abuse , or normal wear and incorrect self-assembly.
1.5 Delivery Service / Self-Collection
Customer OR their appointed representatives are responsible for checking the condition of the all goods and the quantity before accepting delivery or self-collection.
Should there be any discrepancies, these must be made known to EXCEL Hardware within the day of Purchase.
1.6 Assembly Service
For customers who require assembly services, our delivery contractors can provided the following additional services at separate rates:
1.6a) Assembly of EXCEL Hardware furniture
1.6b) Installation of curtains and curtain rods
1.6c) Drilling services

1.12 Vouchers and coupons are not entitled for promotional item.
1.13 Promotional items are entitled only for Korean Lifestyle System and LED Lightings.
1.14 Any exchange of promotional items products based on stock availability.
1.15 Additional measurement for length of shelves will be charge to the next available size item. For example, Length of shelves: 810mm , To be charge : the price of

1.19 Product warranty are valid from the date of purchase at Excel Hardware Pte Ltd. This warranty is not transferable. Proof of Purchase must presented when making a

1.20 In the event that goods requiring repair or replace under warranty , you are responsible to deliver the product to Excel Hardware. After the product has been repaired or exchanged , it will be made available for your collection.
1.21 Collection services will be charges at SGD $150 per trip .
1.22 Excel Hardware Pte Ltd reserved the right to replace the product or relevant part. When the replacement has provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of Excel Hardware Pte Ltd. Replacement of the product or part does not extend or restart the warranty period.

1.28 Buyers agree all the terms and conditions and compulsory charges to be made upon repair of products once purchase is made.
1.29 These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by Excel Hardware to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any
terms and conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document.
1.30 EXCEL Hardware reserves the right to change any of the above conditions without prior notice.
2.CONDITION OF PROJECT AGREEMENT
2.1 A deposit of 50% of the total sale price is required upon confirmation of order.
2.2 Price quoted in Singapore Dollar & subjected to 7% GST.
2.3 Full settlement is required upon delivery.
2.4 Delivery dates for indent order products are estimated 60 days upon 50% of deposit.
2.5 Discount differences upon quantities.
2.6 Non-refundable for deposit once order to be cancelled.
2.7 All cheque should be crossed and made payable to : EXCEL HARDWARE PTE LTD ,

upon successful payment settled, if not , payment considered invalid.
2.8 Charges apply upon any changes of order or configuration.
2.9 Lifetime warranty services are provided under all Excel products .
2.10 Product warranty is valid from the date of purchase at Excel Hardware Pte Ltd. This warranty is not transferable. Proof of Purchase must presented when making a claim.

2.20 These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by Excel Hardware to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms and conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document.
2.21 EXCEL Hardware reserves the right to change any of the above conditions without prior notice.
3. PANASONIC PRODUCT WARRANTY
( 2 Years Warranty From The Date Of Purchase )
3.1 Substance Of warranty
3.1a) During the warranty period , in case of quality problem arising other than from artificial damage , free repair will be provided if such problem is confirmed
through technical assessment by the company.
3.2 Precautions For Warranty
3.2a) When requesting for repair, please provide the original of the purchasing invoice . Even during the warranty period, free repair or replacement still should not
apply to the following circumstances:
3.2b) Failure or damage caused by transport or failing after purchase;
3.2c) Failure or damage caused by fire, flood , earthquake , lighting , war , pest infestations , humid environment, or corrosive gas ;
3.2d) Failure or damage caused by any use other than in the prescribed scope ; failure or damage caused by the unauthorized modification of the product;
3.2e) Failure to submit the invoice in which the date and shop of purchase are recorded or unauthorized alteration of invoice;
3.2f) Failure to submit authorized alteration of this warranty for quality or unauthorized alteration of this warranty for quality;
3.2g) Other failure or damage due to any reason other than the responsibility of this company;
3.3 Precautions For Safety
3.3a) The construction instruction must be followed in construction or adjustment operations.
3.3b) Don’t let anyone pass or close to the construction site in construction operations.
3.3c) If the product is damaged or any component is missing or there is any leak of oil, don’t use the product, and contact your local dealer immediately.
3.3d) Don’t dismantle, modify or repair the product on your own.
3.3e) Don’t use the product for a purpose other than its scope of application.
3.4 Lifetime warranty services are provided under all Excel products.

4.1 12 months warranty on manufacturing defects.
4.2 Validity of Quote : 14 Days
4.3 Price quoted in Singapore Dollar & subjected to 7% GST.
4.4 50% deposit required upon confirmation, 50% of payment required upon work completion.
4.5 Discount differences upon quantities.
4.6 Non-refundable for deposit once order to be cancelled.

4.21 Charges of service or maintenance on office hours - $180 per trip.
4.22 Charges of service or maintenance after office hours - $250 per trip.
4.23 Actual price quotation based on onsite measurement.

5. EXCEL KOREAN LIFESTYLE POLE SYSTEM WARRANTY
( 5 Years Warranty From The Date Of Purchase )
5.1 What is covered under this warranty
5.1a) This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components of EXCEL KOREAN LIFESTYLE SYSTEM wardrobes and interior-
fittings described from the date of purchase from EXCEL Hardware Pte Ltd. This warranty applies to domestic use only.
5.1a(i) Soft-close drawer slides
5.1a(ii) Shelves
5.1a(iii) Clothes rails
5.2 What products are not covered under this warranty ?
5.2a) KLS wire basket , KLS organization box , KLS organization compartment , KLS honeycomb , KLS trouser hanger , KLS clothes hanger , KLS cotton towel ,
KLS bathrobe ,etc .
5.3 Lifetime warranty services are provided under all Excel products .
5.4 Warranty will be void if :
5.4a) Product from misuse , abuse , or normal wear and incorrect self-assembly.
5.4b) Product serial number or brand has been altered or removed.
5.4c) Product without packaging.
5.4d) Failure or damage caused by transport or falling after purchase.
5.4e) Failure or damage caused by fire , flood , earthquake , lighting , war , pest infestation , humid environment , or corrosive gas.
5.4f) Failure or damage caused by any use other than in the prescribed scope; failure or damage caused by the unauthorized modification of the product.
5.4g) Other failure or damage due to any reason other than the responsibility of this company.
5.5 Lifetime warranty services are not applicable to other defects such as cabinets, laminates, flooring, etc.
5.6 Service charges are apply.
5.7 What will EXCEL do to correct the problem ?
5.7a) Excel will examine the product and decide , at its sole discretion , if it is covered under the warranty. If considered covered , Excel through its own service
operations will then , at its own sole discretion , offer to :
5.7a(i) Repair the defective product or
5.7a(ii) Replace it with the same or a comparable product or
5.7a(iii) Contribute towards a suitable replacement
5.7b) If it is covered by this warranty , EXCEL will pay the costs of repair , spare parts , labour and travel for repair staff , that EXCEL incur , provided that the
product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by EXCEL. Replaced parts become the
property of EXCEL.
5.7c) If the item is no longer sold by EXCEL, EXCEL will provide an appropriate replacement. It is EXCEL that determines, at its sole discretion , what constitutes
an appropriate replacement.
5.8 What is not covered under this warranty ?
5.8a) This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly , used inappropriately , abused , misused , altered or cleaned with wrong
cleaning methods or cleaning products.
5.8b) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear , cuts or scratches , or damage caused by impacts or accidents , pest infestations or item bought from AS-IS.
5.8c) This warranty does not apply if products has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment example , bathroom. This warranty does not cover consequential
or incidential damages.
5.9 Care instructions
5.9a) Assemble according to the assembly instruction. Secure the wardrobe poles by fixing them to firm ceiling and firm wall. Keep in mind that different ceiling and

5.9b) Follow the recommended weight load , with a maximum 20kg on all shelves and drawers. If otherwise not stated.
5.9c) Wipe clean with a cloth damped in mild cleaner. Then wipe clean with a dry cloth.
5.10 Home Delivery / Installation
5.10a) Contract will be valid upon receiving complete chop and sign quotation, floor plan with layout of KLS system wardrobe. Terms and conditions apply.
5.10b) Customers OR their appointed representatives are responsible for checking the condition of all goods and the quantity before accepting delivery / installation.
5.10c) Should there be any discrepancies, these must be made known to Excel Hardware within the day of purchase, delivery or installation.
5.10d)The date and time of delivery and installation of all product purchased will be strictly scheduled by EXCEL Hardware Pte Ltd only. On the day of
Measurement, Delivery, or Installation , the timing is as followed.
5.10d(i) Morning Shift – 9.00am to 1.00pm
5.10d(ii) Afternoon Shift – 2.00pm to 6.00pm
5.11 EX CEL Hardware Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend the schedule arrangements of no costs.
5.12 Collection services will be charges at SGD $150 per trip.
5.13 The title to the goods shall remain with EXCEL Hardware until full payment is made.
5.14 All claims against EXCEL Hardware are strictly limited to the price and each item purchased. EXCEL Hardware will not be liable for any injury , loss or damage

6.2 This warranty only covers failure or malfunctions occurred during the warranty period and in normal use conditions as will as for any material or workmanship defect.
6.3 Product warranty are valid from the date of purchase at Excel Hardware Pte Ltd. This warranty is not transferable. Proof of Purchase must presented when making a claim.
6.4 In the event that the goods requiring repair or replace under warranty , you are responsible to deliver the product to Excel Hardware. After the product has been repaired or exchanged , it will be made available for your collection.
6.5 Collection services will be charges at SGD $150 per trip .
